Der Vorkoster - Rebrush
Design Package & Toolkit for TV Show “Der Vorkoster”, Client: WDR, 2025
I was commissioned by WDR to rebrush the design for the popular show Der Vorkoster. Using a key visual provided by WDR, I developed a unique design and animation language, creating the opener, transitions, and on-screen elements. I also built an After Effects toolkit to allow the production team to adapt the elements flexibly. The project was executed entirely in After Effects, and the AI-generated visuals for the food items were provided by WDR.

Toolkit:
As part of the project briefing, I also created an After
Effects toolkit that allows the team to populate graphical elements flexibly
for each episode. The toolkit’s elements adapt in size and animation speed
based on the team’s inputs. In total, eleven main elements with various
sub-elements were created according to the team’s requirements. The toolkit was
implemented using After Effects expressions.
