About:
“Belmont” was created during my studies at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Together with Linda Krauss and Verena Nomura, I co-directed this small, poetic experiment. The short film was completed in just two weeks and visually references Edward Hopper’s House by the Railroads. The protagonist is the lonely train station itself, captured through quiet images and the gentle whisper of prairie winds. The film was produced using Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Maya, and After Effects.
